Dreamcast Packet Format

| 0x04 | Disable self from Choice Search results (if set to 1 -- Packet 0xC2 only) |
| 0x05-0x07 | Padding (all zeroes) |
| 0x08... | Choice settings (see below for format) |
Choice Setting Format
Each entry in the choice settings is formatted as follows:
