PSOGC clients send Packet 0xD7 to the server to request a GBA file be sent to them. The server should then use a series of 0xA6 and 0xA7 packets to send the actual file.
I'm not sure if this packet exists in any other versions, for any other reason, but that's how its used in PSOGC.
