The client sends Packet 0x10 to the server to actually select an item in a menu (whereas Packet 0x09 only requests additional information).

0x01 Flags (0x00)
0x02-0x03 Packet Size (0x000C)
0x04-0x07 Menu ID of item requested
0x08-0x0B Item ID of item requested
