A client sends Packet 0xC1 (PSOv2) or 0x0C (PSOv1) to the server to create a game on a block.

Dreamcast Packet Format

Bytes Meaning
0x00 Packet Type (0xC1 or 0x0C)
0x01 Flags (0x00)
0x02-0x03 Packet Size (0x30)
0x04-0x0B Padding (all zeroes)
0x0C-0x1B Game Name
0x1C-0x2B Game Password
0x2C Difficulty
0x2D Battle Mode (v2 only, padding in v1)
0x2E Challenge Mode (v2 only, padding in v1)
0x2F V2 Flag (1 = v2 only game, 0 = v1/v2 game, padding in v1)
