The BP redemption period for the Apart, but Together event has begun. Prize lists and other details are on the forum in this post: https://t.co/fcAIOS0HlX

@bebates128 Getting the code to the system is one of the things that I hadn't quite worked out a clean way to do yet. To be perfectly honest, I was just compiling a raw binary and attaching a header from an official game to it to make it work.

@bebates128 I need to find some more time to actually work on things, but alas life doesn't seem to want to work that way lately.

@bebates128 That said, there's almost no functionality beyond putting stuff up on the screen at this point. Sound doesn't work, controls don't work (although I guess if you had something plugged into the maple ports on the filter board, that might work)...

@bebates128 I don't have any guides or anything up, because things are still very much incomplete. Basically, if you want to play around with it, follow the normal KOS setup instructions, but when setting up your environment script, set the flag for the naomi subarch.

Doing a bit of testing…

So, I’m testing out the newer quest handling code on Iselia for a bit. This should enable multi-lingual quests for all the ones that I actually have the various languages for. Note that there are quests that are missing (and a bunch that will end up defaulting to English), so keep that in mind.

Anyway, if any problems creep up with quests, comment on this article so that I can take a look. Note that I’m only testing this on Iselia at the moment. No other ships will be running this for a while yet, most likely.

hey im an old dreamcast fan had the system since 9-9-99.. anyway I just recentl found out about all the private servers and was really excited because i havent played PSO actually online in years.. so I set it all up with your boot disc and got it online with my retail copy registered iwth the serial number and veryting.. but I haven’t played anyone yet because no ones ever on..is it because you got this thing up and running fairly recently or am I just missing all the times when people get on due to different time zones, ect?? Maybe you could tell me know when there are games going on and that dont have paswords let me know email me or someting because im really interested in getting into pso again

Time zones have always been a problem on PSO, and the declining interest in the game over the years has only made it worse, unfortunately. You can check the website first if you want to know if anyone is on before you start the game.
